CEO Message to our Amazing Volunteers
Today, we celebrate International Volunteer Day and I want to take this opportunity to share my deep gratitude for each and every one of you.
Your willingness to volunteer your time and skills to Mother’s Choice has truly changed the life stories of children, youth, and families in our community! You are an inspiration and a real encouragement to the clients that we serve as well as to our staff.
While many have not been able to volunteer during COVID, there is a unique opportunity to learn how to be champions for children in Hong Kong! In our recent volunteer survey, many expressed an interest in more training on topics related to the children, youth, and families we serve at Mother’s Choice. This International Volunteer Day, we are pleased to launch a new eLearning course – The Pathway to Family: Children in Care – to support your learning! Details are sent to our volunteers via email.
