“We really want to break the cycle, that’s all the different services at Mother’s Choice are really aimed towards that. I’d really like to change our culture around how we value and think about children, young women and family. They really face a lot of judgment and criticism here in Hong Kong, in a traditionally Chinese local culture. That’s really the heart of Mother’s Choice – that we want children and young women in our city to know that they are loved, that it doesn’t matter what they’ve been through or what they have experienced, that there is no such thing as a hopeless case, that they can have a second chance to have a good future.”
